Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Manage budgets, forecasts, and project documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues. Ensure quality standards are met, and deliverables align with client and business expectations. Promote best practices in project management and contribute to process improvements. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field (PMP or MBA preferred). 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in software development or IT services. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Preferred: Experience managing SaaS or AI-related projects. Understanding of SDLC and DevOps processes. Certification in Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or PMP. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable project insights.
